Leadership and management of employees in the construction company

This Bachelor thesis deals with the theme "Leadership and management employees in a construction company." The essence of the theory is to briefly introduce the concepts of management, construction management, leadership and management of staff, use of the motivational tools, especially those incentives such as internal communication and education. At the same time I was engaged in an essential part of leadership and management, that is the evaluation of the workers and consequently the satisfaction that fundamentally affects the functioning and performance of workers in employment. In the empirical part, to verify and evaluate the given hypotheses, is used of quantitative and qualitative research. Qualitative interviewing is prepresented by the heuristic form or form of structured interviews. Controlled talks preceding the survey for the purpose of obtaining quantitative answers. The output of this thesis are the conclusions of a set of recommendations based on trends and experiences learned from the research that lead to improved climate in the leadership and management of co-workers in a construction company.
Proposal of a Remuneration System in a Specific Business Entity

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new remuneration system for the business entity XY. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part explains the general theory and important concepts. The practical part analyses the current remuneration system, the economic situation and the influencing factors of the remuneration system. The last part deals with the design of a new remuneration system for employees.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the quality of the services provided in the selected sales unit by means of mystery shopping. The aim is to identify shortcomings and suggest possible solutions to them. The department store called PRIOR in České Budějovice was chosen for the work. A total of 24 mystery shoppings were made in October, November and December 2017.
Draft of the System of Evaluation of Employees

The thesis deals with a most topical issue which is the staff evaluation relating to the remuneration. The purpose of the thesis is to propose a staff evaluation system. The first part gives a definition of the evaluation, a detailed description of the meaning and the goals of the evaluation, the best-known methods of the evaluation and component steps leading to the implementation of the evaluation system. The research represents a proposed evaluation system which was introduced to a company. The proposal was gradually modified according to the requirements of the owners and managers. Some reactions and pieces of knowledge relating to the evaluation system were found out during the process itself. The evaluation system has been completely worked out and is prepared to be implemented. The thesis is a kind of qualitative research. The design is represented by an action research.
Comparison of Staff Evaluation As Part of Personnel Activities in Educational Institutions and Profit Organisations

This paper deals with a comparison of the staff evaluation systems in the commercial sector and the education system. The theoretical part highlights the role and significance of personnel work for achieving goals and an organization's strategies, and defines the basic terms from the personnel and staff evaluation areas. It particularly focuses on the description of the functions, goals and methods of staff evaluation; potential problems arising from the evaluation have been covered as well. The small enterprise and the Czech primary school have been selected as representative subjects for the subsequent comparison. Further, the difference between the roles of the for-profit (business) sector and the public sector, between the organizations' goals in both sectors and the basic background of the workings of both organizations are explained. Regarding the enterprise, the focus is also on the context of personnel work and staff evaluation as a means of attaining the financial goals of the business. The section about schools deals with the methods of school management, the particularities of the teachers' profession and the resulting characteristics of personnel work at schools as well as the methods used for teachers' evaluation. Analysis of motivation and remuneration of employees in a selected organization.

Motivation and remuneration of employees is one of the most important and the most diffcult spheres from the aspect of management organization. Each institution has set system of motivation differently. Workers who are motivated work better, they submit better performance and they can be pattern for other colleagues. A number of organizations use employees evaluation to right adjustment of system of motivation and remuneration. If the system is set correctly, it is probably reflected in the overall results of the organization. It means that the system would be based on the needs of employees. But it is not always possible to based on this model, that why is important to find compromise that will satisfy management and employees. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze system of motivation and remuneration of employees in selected organizations that operate in social sphere. On this basis were selected two institutions in České Budějovice. Namely Diocesan charity in České Budějovice and Citizens advice berau that were compared. It was choosen qualitative research, method of questioning and technique of dialogue. Resarch group was constituted by personalits and employees of organization who are in charge of personal administration. The dialogues were divided into few sectors. The first part of dialogues was concentrated to information about organization. The second part of dialogues was oriented to employment of employees. There was investigated kind of employment, working hours, employees benefits, culture of working environment and rules of work. The third part of dialogues was concentrated to sphere of employees evaluation. There were investigated if the system of evalutaion exists and how does it work. I was interested in how often is remunertion in motion and if employees are known with the system of remuneration. The fourth part of dialogues was focused on motivation of employees. There was investigated which kind of motivation is used in the organization. It means if the organization is focused on providing financial or nonfinancial motivation. Or if employees can choose the kind if motivation themselves. The last part of dialogues was oriented on sphere of remuneration. It was investigated which components constitute wage and how often are remunerations provided and in which form. How organization management evaluates prestige of position against organization and satisfacton of employees. There is devote considerable space in this selected organizations, it follows from results of research. None of the organizations do not use process of motivation that is based on the needs of employees. Both organizations use possibility employees evalutaion. Due to this evaluation, organizations gets informations how employees work, how they manage their duties and what they miss. Each organization uses results evalutaion differently. Organizations motivate their workers through financial and nonfinancial motives. The most often is used word statement. It is evident that the man has to be motivated by the job itself for the position of social worker. The job has to enjoy, be filling and motivate. The space for remuneration is not to grand, but it is possible to set system of remunerations to suit employees. Both organiaztions have quite satisfied employees. In the end of bachelor´s work are introduced propositions how to get better the system of motivation and remuneration in selected organizations. The system of motivation and remuneration of employees imagines lots of difficulties, but the most important is it to be functional and beneficial. It means have a system that is useful for employees and whole organization.
Performance Measuring Systems in Service Providing Company

The aim of this study is to document the current methods of performance management and to compare the methods used in a particular company. The theoretical part deals with standards and methods used to calculate performance. Theory is applied to an enterprise HPV Engineering Ltd. The practical part of the calculation carries out basic financial indicators to determine the performance of company in three selected years. Calculated values from selected years are compared with each other and with the average values in the industry. Other section contains a description of the practical assessment and evaluation of techniques used for individual employees evaluation.
